Which hair style suits me best?

The fashioning of hair can be considered as an aspect of personal grooming or fashion of hair styles. Throughout history women’s hair been allowed to grow to its full length, and then bleached, colored and arranged with ribbons, pins or jewels.

As the years pass hairstyling is a major world industry Most hairstylists are licensed after obtaining at  Beauty  school. In recent years professional stylists have grown popularity. Don’t think every hair style look good with every face. Try to discover which style brings out the best in you. What’s hot and what’s not or matter of only trend! To be honest it all depends on the shape of your  face.

Oval faces shape look great with hairstyle all lengths. If you feel like change changing your look without  getting  a new cut, just go wild on your styling curls ,sleek and straight curly ,or very long hair may make your face look culler then it is  as do chin- length.

Oblong  face  If your face is longer with a high forehead and narrow chin, you will look your best with a style that highlights the beauty of your features .
If you have a strong, square jaw line you are lucky enough to get what you want. You should go for looks that underline the beauty of square face.

Changing teenage girls  hairstyle without the need of cutting, coloring or restyling can be done in any parlor. Straight hair is great if you need to look sleek and smart, but curly hair is the ultimate in feminity.

Long hair style have always been elegant and beautiful. Finish off your long hair style with a little bit of finishing spray. If your  long hair already has some curl or wave, you an accomplish this style with very little effort. An easy way to change your long hair style is to make it little creativity, but with a little practice .

Energize Your Thoughts

My way of Happiness is having a happy home life, successful career, ability to go and buy what I like and whenever I want it.

There are many people who have money, but lack wealth. Real wealth means you may have a wonderful car and beautiful home – but you also have accumulated wealth.

Accumulated wealth brings security, comfort, and is relaxing. Real wealth means you may have a wonderful car and beautiful home – but you also  should have accumulated wealth. Accumulated wealth brings security, comfort, and is relaxing the both mind and body.

Do you believe you can be wealthy and prosperous?

Do you think you deserve it? Do you really FEEL that way? It’s so important that you believe you are worthy of being a prosperous person, someone who doesn’t just make a living, but makes a life with the money you earn.

Observe your thoughts about wealth and money and see if it’s really not you who is standing in the way of money. Spend time thinking about your thoughts about money and wealth and ask yourself, what could you do today, right now, that could change your financial picture?

Many times when someone doesn’t feel  good when they have a stuffed closet, with shoes and clothes that are outdated will cause you to feel outdated too! If you are ready  to  “look the part” of a wealthy, happy and abundantly prosperous person, turn to get rid of the clothing that no longer suits you or is part of an outdated image.

If you have weight to lose, this could be even more important for you including those articles of clothing that you used to fit it but haven’t in a long time.

Wealth energy means moving energy and when you are stuck in an old look and outdated image, this can stop the energy flowing to you.

Get a red wallet and checkbook, put your investment and banking account information and statements in red folders, write checks in red ink. Put bills into blue or black folders so they aren’t energized.

Have a small basket to hold bills — and keep it small so your bills stay small.

Clean out and organize your financial files and your purse or wallet.

Streamline your credit cards so that you don’t have too many, limiting them to    three or less.
Add grains of sea salt to your wallet to “draw” money, just like sea water will draw soreness away!

Keep your home energized with fresh paint, match your home with an investment in beautifying and updating your surroundings. Unlike a car, money put into a home will be an investment that will pay you back in energy. More importantly, by energizing your home, you magnetize your home for wealth energy.
Fresh flowers and plants are healthy and lift the energy of the house.

Too often in our lives, we become accustomed to money flowing in and out of our lives — and not accumulating. The money comes in, the bills get paid, and the money flows right back out again. Energizing your home and  life for wealth means putting energy INTO it.

This includes making deposits into your accounts. Get into the habit of putting money in instead of just paying out. This energy builds over time — and so does your bank account. And you’d be surprised how that will make you feel.

Broken energy comes from, well, broken things. When your door scrapes against the threshold, it imbues your home with negative, irrigating energy.
If your dishes are chipped, you are eating off of broken energy. This drains positive wealth energy and makes your house drained.

Our houses must be energized and broken things bring the energy level down — and that affects our prosperity. Keep your clothes, your home, your car and your doors in good working  condition.

What’s broken that is draining your energy? Wake up!!

Akshaya Tritiya

 13th May 2013

Akshaya Tritiya, that usually falls in late April or early May. Many Hindus believe that this day is auspicious to buy gold and silver.

The reasons for this day being auspicious are many: Parashuram, the sixth incarnation of Vishnu was born on this day; Veda Vyas and Ganesha began began writing the Mahabharata; on this day the Treta Yuga began; and on Akshaya Tritiya the river Ganga is said to have descended from heaven to earth.

But most of them do not seem to have an obvious gold/silver buying connection.

One explanation is that since the word Akshaya means ever abundant and never diminishing, and wealth acquired on this day will only grow and therefore the desire to acquire the precious metals, as they symbolize wealth.

On this day Kubera, the lord of wealth, was appointed as the banker to the gods and therefore wealth in the form of gold and silver is worshipped.

The most logical reason behind this gold buying spree seems to be that the month of Shraavan, that begins in late July and ends in the third week of August, is one of the most favoured months for Hindu marriages and parents preferred to buy ornaments for the marriage season in advance.

Since Akshaya Tritiya is considered auspicious, most of the purchases were made on that day.

" You Are The Best Grandma Ever!”

My joys…

My little guy  keeps me running, however, we always have fun at home.
The sound of laughter in the house when my grandson is here.
Just a simple smile from my grandson.
A hug from my grandson, YES! he gives big hugs now! lol
The sound of his voice, laughs and cries when I’m on the phone with my daughter. That always brings a smile to my face.
Those days when he needs ME to just hold and rock him.
The peekaboo game. I get him giggling so hard, and that gets Grandma laughing and Grandma laughs so loud .

Shopping with my little guy is totally fun:)
 Getting new pictures
 Shooting videos
 Showing off
 Bragging on this blog! LOL
The truth is…
My little dude precious adorable child in our life? Oh, wait! He’s MY grandchild, I must be prejudiced ?? Yeah, that must be !   Please give me the right to brag here!!!
I thought I’d  to post what I've experienced of being a grandmother…
I worry...
Why do I worry about this?? Well, my grandchild gets bored very easy! I mean VERY easily.

He’s inquisitive, too intelligent for us" grandparent"s and he takes pride in letting us know that he’s in charge. LOL! So, keeping our little guy occupied is quite challenging.
The toys we have here at Grandparent’s house are  newspapers,  magazines, my work area, books books and books again, my pooja place…He giggles to himself as he takes my things and tosses it I just mumble to myself, “You little….”  And you know what he does with that comment? He laughs, and not quietly!  I guess we need to update and get some new toys.   LOL.

Instructions on being a fun grandma? I do have a few…
Dance around and act silly -

I do a lot of this lately. This would be something that my grandchild would watch on video when he gets older !!
Play the pick up game -
This is where he tests me. He plays the pick up game mostly while in his high chair eating a snack or lunch. See, I have to bribe him  just so he don’t freak out when I put him in the chair. So, what does he do with these toys Grandma bribes him with? You guessed it, he drops  toy to see if I’ll pick them up Of course we Grandparents hesitantly picks the toys up after specifically telling him “I’m NOT picking those up!”
As long as I play the pick up game with him, he’s having fun, and of course I’m being a fun grandma, maybe not a smart one, however a fun one.
 Play Peek-a-boo -
All babies love peek-a-boo! I have lots of fun with this one, as I get him giggling loud. I use cloth diapers that I place over my head and face. And he just loves it.
  Sing songs -
Singing songs is being a “fun” grandma. Especially can you imagine uuh laa la...(Dirty Picture)this gets him  laughing and dancing too. When I start out with that first line he knows what’s coming and he grins real big and start lifting his bum..

Getting down on the floor -
All kids love it when you get on the floor with them. And guess what I am gets down on the floor and lets him  pull my hair. What we Grandmothers won’t do for our grandchildren?! Guess is being a “fun” Grandmother, at least it’s working so far.
But you know what? All kidding aside…I can’t wait until my little guy can say,

“You are the best grandmom ever !"

Care For Your Cherished Jewelry

Jewelry is  one of the most historic and very long-lasting ornamental. Jewelry is worn by millions of people every day, but only few know how they can preserve their treasures by using some simple advanced planning and thought. Caring for jewelry is a necessary part of owning the jewelry with proper care. By following this will bring you, continued satisfaction of over the years.

Gold jewelry pieces make up the majority, of many fine jewelry collections over the years. Gold comes in many different styles and colors, but the care and cleaning procedure remains the same.

 Basic Guide line

When  performing  manual tasks Which includes  kitchen work, gardening, cleaning the house and other common tasks remove your jewelry to prevent physical damage or exposure to chemicals like hairspray, perfumes ,cosmetics and lotion can contain chemicals that can often damage jewelry.

Chlorinated water can react with the metals found in jewelry causing color changes and even structural damage .As a result it's a good idea to remove jewelry before entering the swimming pool or spa.

If you prefer to use ordinary boxes, wrap each piece individually in soft tissue paper or soft velvet cloth.

Don't jumble your jewelry pieces in a drawer or jewelry case, these can scratch each other and may leave some ugly marks on your jewelry pieces.

Check your jewelry for scratches or other damage, and take it to your jeweler they may able to repair it.
Store your jewelry in a clean and dry place.

Keep your jewelry in a fabric-lined jewelry case or in a box with compartments and dividers.

Remove all gold jewelry before showering, soap making it appear dull and dingy.

Some tips to clean your jewelry

You'll find many commercial cleaners available. In addition  or by using soap and water mixed with a few drops of ammonia and Carefully use brush with a soft bristle or soft  toothbrush can also be used. After the brushing, simply rinse with lukewarm water and allow  to dry.

You will find a soft cloth an effective and inexpensive way to keep your pieces lustrous and shining.

Be careful when removing your jewelry to wash
Do not leave your jewelry on the rim of a sink where it can easily slip down the drain.

Be careful of chlorine. Chlorine, especially at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry.

Do not leave your jewelry on the rim of a sink where it can easily slip down the drain.

Diamonds            Diamonds are durable, but they still require proper maintenance.   Diamonds can get smudged, soiled and dusty. Lotions, powders, soaps, even natural skin oils, film on diamonds and cut down their brilliance.

Clean diamonds "glow" because the maximum amount of light can enter the stone and return in a fiery brilliance. It takes just a little care to keep them that way.
  •        Soak diamonds for twenty minutes or so within a solution crafted from a number of sections drinking water and something aspect ammonia to get a glimmering sparkle.

  •       Scrub them a very soft dampened toothbrush permits cleanup of hard to get to places,
  •          like within the gem or around the prongs.

  •          To free of moisture it using a very soft fabric to maintain it shining and looking new.

  •         Do not wear diamond jewelry, especially rings, when doing rough work. Even though diamond is one of the hardest materials in nature, it can still be chipped by a sharp, sudden blow.

  •         Chlorine can damage and discolor the mounting on your diamond jewelry. Keep your diamond away from chlorine bleach or other household chemicals.

  •         You should also remove your diamond jewelry before entering a chlorinated pool or hot tub.

  • Clean your diamonds regularly using a commercial jewelry cleaner, water with mild detergent.

  • Dip the jewelry into the solution and use a soft brush to dislodge dust or dirt from under the setting.

  • Avoid touching your clean diamonds with your fingers. Handle clean jewelry by its edge.
 Pearls

·         Be careful where you store your cultured pearl jewelry. Metal and other materials can damage the surface of the cultured pearl.

Cleaning cultured pearls need only soap and water. Other cleaning agents may damage your pearls.

Remove traces of cosmetics before placing it in its storage place.

Wrap your pearl jewelry in a tissue or other suitable device before placing it in its storage place.

You should take your cultured pearl jewelry back to your restringing once a year

Tips for Women Buying Glasses

Woman likely selects her glasses frames for styles as well as function, but of available styles and materials can be confusing and time consuming. Narrow the selection of choosing frames is better that should suit the shape of your face, your skin color and the material is very important.

Face Shape

Choose frames that are in contrast to the shape of your face. For example, rimless frames take the focus off a broad forehead, while detailed frames in strong colors help to camouflage a narrow forehead. A general rule for all face shapes is that frame width should not be wider than the width of the face. Frames with a clear bridge are more flattering for close-set eyes.

Your eyes should be at the center of each lens. The frame should be wide enough so there is a slight space between the frame and the side of your head.

A bold color at the bridge gives the illusion of narrowing the distance between wide-set eyes.

Face Size

Choose frames that are in proportion to the size of your face. Small frames are lost on a large face, while large frames will overwhelm a small face.

Select frames that do not go above your eyebrows, and do not touch your cheek when you smile. Your eyes should be centered in the lenses when you look straight ahead. Frames that slide off your nose or leave red marks under the nose pads need readjustment.

Classic eyeglass frames project a professional image.
An active woman needs a more durable frame.

Select a color

Stick to frames that suit your hair color and skin tone. Remember flamboyant colors don’t always match everyday clothes.

Warm skin tones (like olive skin) look good with copper, camel or peach frames; blue, jade and plum frames go well with cool, paler skin tones. Matching your eye or hair color also creates a flattering look.

Select frames

·         Oval-shaped - You are very lucky, this shape of face lends itself to almost all frame styles.
·         Heart/triangle (face is wider at the forehead, with high cheekbones and a narrow chin) Choose frames that are all one colour and made of a light material.
·         Round (full with few angles) Frames that are narrow with a high-set temple will lengthen your face.
·         Square (forehead and jaw line are equal in width with a strong, angular jaw) Choose angular styles, as they keep the eyes centred in the frame. Make sure the frame is wide, to balance the face.

·         Pear (narrow forehead that gently broadens to jaw line) These look best in frames that have a strong top bar, which will add width to the forehead. And frames that have detail at the temple will balance out the jaw line.
·         Diamond shape (forehead is small, widens at temple and narrows at chin) Choose sharp-angled frames. Strong top bars will add width to the forehead.
·         Oblong/rectangle (face is longer than it is wide, with equal width at forehead, cheekbones and jaw line) Deep frames are best, as they shorten the face.

Materials

Plastic frames, which are available in almost every color imaginable, are lightweight and easy on the budget. Metal frames are available in stainless steel, aluminum and titanium, among other metals. Flexon frames are made from a titanium-based alloy, and retain their shape after twisting and bending

An optician can make frame selection easier. She can tell you which styles are returned frequently for repair, for example. She can also advise you on frames that are not compatible with your prescription. Some styles are not suitable for the thicker lenses that stronger prescriptions require.
